1. Engine Power: ① Power less than 74kw is classified as a small loader. ② Power between 74 and 147kw is classified as a medium loader. ③ Power between 147 and 515kw is classified as a large loader. ④ Power greater than 515kw is classified as an extra-large loader.
2. Transmission Type: ① Hydraulic-mechanical transmission, with low impact and vibration, long lifespan of transmission components, easy operation, and automatic adjustment of vehicle speed with external load, commonly used in medium and large loaders; ② Hydraulic transmission: stepless speed regulation, easy to operate, but poor starting performance, generally only used in small loaders; ③ Electric transmission: stepless speed regulation, reliable operation, simple maintenance, but relatively high cost, generally used in large loaders.
3. Walking Structure: ① Tire type: lightweight, fast speed, flexible maneuverability, high efficiency, does not easily damage the road surface, high ground pressure, poor passability, but widely used; ② Track type: low ground pressure, good passability, low center of gravity, good stability, strong adhesion, high traction, large cutting force, low speed, relatively poor flexibility, high cost, and prone to damage the road surface during movement.
4. Loading and Unloading Method: ① Front unloading: simple structure, reliable operation, good visibility, suitable for various work sites, widely applied; ② Rotary type: working device installed on a turntable that can rotate 360°, side unloading does not require turning around, high work efficiency, but complex structure, heavy weight, high cost, and poor lateral stability, suitable for relatively small sites; ③ Rear unloading: loading at the front and unloading at the rear, high work efficiency, but safety during operation is lacking.
