Snow plows are classified into three types based on their working principles: push type, throw type, and blow type.

1. Push-type snowplow: This type installs snow plows, snow blades, and other devices on large vehicles like bulldozers to push snow away, leaving a walking path, and then uses other vehicles to haul away the piled snow. The disadvantage is that this snowplow can only push snow to the roadside and lacks the ability to collect or throw snow, making it suitable only for fresh snow or broken ice and snow. The cleaning efficiency is low, it can easily scratch the ground, and it takes a lot of time.
2. Throwing snow type snowplow: This type first collects the accumulated snow and then uses a snow throwing pump to throw the snow to the roadside or onto transport vehicles. The most common type is the spiral type.
3. Blowing snow type snowplow: This type uses an aircraft engine to generate a powerful high-pressure air flow, which is blown out from the nozzle to clear the accumulated snow on the ground. Blowing snow type snowplows have high operating speeds, high productivity, and high costs. The disadvantage is that they are only suitable for fresh snow and can only be used at airports, bridges, and highways, making them unsuitable for developing small products.
