It is an important piece of equipment in defense engineering, mining construction, road building, water conservancy construction, and farmland improvement. The highway subgrade is the foundation of the road and an important component of highway engineering. The tracked grader mainly consists of the engine, transmission system, working device, electrical parts, cab, and hood. Among them, the mechanical and hydraulic transmission system includes the hydraulic torque converter, coupling assembly, planetary gear power-shifting transmission, central drive, steering clutch and steering brake, final drive, and walking system. The power output mechanism drives the working pump in the hydraulic system of the working device, the variable speed torque hydraulic system pump, and the steering pump in the steering brake hydraulic system through gear transmission and spline connection; the sprocket represents the final drive mechanism of the second-level spur gear transmission (including left and right final drive assemblies); the track plate includes the walking system, which consists of the track assembly, chassis frame, and suspension assembly.
